Shifting The Night - painting every day after dark

I think I am now an olds. But with good skin.
I live in the East Village.
I have two daughters, two cats and one husband.
My husband is a dread from Jamaica and speaks to all of us, cats included, in deep patois. Always.
Yuh done noh whattagwan, seen?
Marriage to an immigrant who refuses to assimilate is a constant source of amusement and inspiration.
And occasionally extreme irritation.

Three Little Birds —-

These little creatures are among the ten paintings I’ve submitted to the upcoming Single Fare 3 art exhibit, at the RH Gallery, 137 Duane Street in Manhattan. All works are painted on, or created with, NYC Metro Cards. Yeah, I’m ready for that…..

The opening reception is Wednesday, February 13, 2003 and runs through February 22.
